Could you please help me by replying to question below :
Its mentioned by you that we are not suppose to trade before 9:30 AM but what if stock price occurs before 9:30, should we buy it before time or still should we wait and BUY after the mentioned time ?

If the target is crossed before 9:30 simply ignore that one and focus on the remaining which has not reached the target and crosses the buy above rate after 9:30. In otherwords, Buy above or Sell below should not be followed if the buy above or sell below rates are happening before 9:30.

1) What about buzzing stocks ? Are we suppose to buy it or no ?
2) What is the duration for short term stocks which are listed on daily basis ?

1) Buzzing stocks are highly volatile stocks which may go on any or both directions within first few hours of market opening. It is only for experienced and professional day traders, hence we do not suggest buy or sell.
2) Our Short Term stock tips period is typically between 1 day to maximum of 3 months, but in vast majority cases either target or stop loss will happen within a month.
