Hi Rajni, You should NOT hold on to the stocks based on intraday recommendations. You should book profit or loss on the same day and close the trading. If you fail to follow strict stop loss you will face more losses. Decide whether you want to be positional trader or intraday trader. The methods and strategy for both are totally different. and mixing both of them will not work.

today i picked up cadila health as it was advised by many other analysts too
earlier it was very choppy then came the down fall
and i took in cash believing it to rise in latter part of the day
but it fell so low that i could not book loss later
